Terms of Service

These terms are between you and [legal entity name] (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using JobFits.ai you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the service.

JobFits.ai helps you tailor resumes and cover letters to specific job postings, score your fit against a role, prepare for interviews, and track applications. It is a drafting and analysis tool. It does not apply to jobs on your behalf and does not submit anything anywhere without you doing it yourself.

You need an accurate email address and are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. One account per person; don't share logins.

You keep ownership of everything you upload — your resume, your notes, and the documents we generate from them. You grant us only the licence we need to run the service for you: to store your files, process them (including through the AI providers named in our Privacy Policy), and show the results back to you.

You confirm that what you upload is yours to upload and doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

Documents and analyses are generated by an AI model from the information you give us. They can contain mistakes, and they can state things about your experience that are not accurate. You are responsible for reviewing everything before you send it to an employer. We flag claims we could not verify against your own source material, but that check is not a guarantee.

Fit scores, ATS readiness scores and match percentages are estimates to help you prioritise. They are not predictions of whether you will be interviewed or hired, and we do not promise any employment outcome.

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your experience, qualifications or identity in documents you send to employers.
• Upload someone else's personal information without their permission.
• Resell or redistribute the service, or use it to operate a competing product.
• Attempt to circumvent plan limits, scrape the service, or disrupt it for others.

There is a free plan with daily limits. Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on the interval you choose and renew automatically until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time from your Account page and keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds: [refund policy]. We may change prices with [notice period] notice; changes never apply to a period you have already paid for.

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice before removing something you rely on.

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page; deletion is permanent and removes your data. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, and will normally warn you first unless the breach is serious.

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is” and our total liability is limited to [liability cap, commonly fees paid in the preceding 12 months]. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited. [have counsel review this clause for each market you sell in]
